Policy & campaigns
I've been helping out on Iowa campaigns and local organizing since 2022. Here's what I've been part of.
i.
Iowa campaigns
Most of my campaign work has been on the finance side: donor research, data, and helping with fundraising.

Iowans for Brighter Future
Founding member · tech director
A political action committee
I helped start Iowans for Brighter Future, and I run our tech. This year we worked against Iowa House File 2513, a bill that would stop Iowa universities from employing citizens of so-called "foreign adversary" countries who work here legally on H-1B visas.

Community events
2021 – present
Student Ambassador, US Education Without Borders
US Education Without Borders hosts cultural and educational events around Iowa, working with former Governor and U.S. Ambassador to China Terry Branstad and Swallow Yan of the Presidential Youth Leadership Initiative. I help host and sometimes speak at these events, which often bring in visiting officials from Iowa and abroad.
